Willow Sanctuary in Guildford, Surrey was founded in 1995 by Michelle Morrow. It is a purpose built cabin which is set amidst trees and fields in the grounds of a 15th Century listed building. The groups, including antenatal, postnatal and general yoga, are very small, friendly and nurturing. I pride myself on giving individual attention so that each student develops at their own pace.
